Getting Started

1. Create Your Account

Sign up with your email address to get started. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

2. Join or Create a Group

Connect with your guild, vendor group, or performance troupe. Group leaders can manage applications and gate lists.

3. Apply to Events

Browse upcoming events and submit applications. Track your application status and receive updates from event organizers.

4. Manage Your Participation

Once accepted, manage your gate lists, view your placement, and stay updated on event information.

I can't log in to my account

How do I join an existing group?

Ask your group leader to add you to the group. They can do this from the group management section.

My payment didn't go through

I need to update my gate list

Gate lists can be updated until the event's gate list cutoff date. Go to your application and select "Manage Gate List."
